Jason Porter

Jason brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and consulting and proven expertise in leading growth initiatives, financings, and strategic transactions to guide HPOne’s finance function. Prior to joining HPOne, Jason served as CFO of HHAeXchange, a SaaS company in the Medicaid space, and was previously CFO of Alegeus, a SaaS company in the consumer-directed benefits space. Prior to Alegeus, he was a partner at CFGI, a financial consulting firm, where he helped companies transform their finance functions, complete acquisitions, and enter the public markets. Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bentley University and is a certified public accountant.
