John Hernandez

As VP of Operations, John brings more than 20 years experience leading innovation and strategy in call center operations to HPOne. John's career began as a sales agent giving him the experience and perspective to be a highly effective sales leader. Prior to joining HPOne in March of 2015, he built and led large scale sales and exchange operations at Optum. John served in the U.S. Army for ten years and holds a BS from Western Illinois University.
