Jonathan Derosa

Jonathan DeRosa, Ed.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership across various sectors, particularly in healthcare and education. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at HealthPlanOne since March 2024, DeRosa previously held roles at Foster Business Consulting as a Consultant and Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities included client implementation and relationship management. At HPOne from March 2019 to August 2022, DeRosa was the Chairperson of the Diversity & Inclusion Council, advocating for a more inclusive workplace, and also managed various projects utilizing both agile and waterfall methodologies. DeRosa's educational background includes a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Southern Connecticut State University, a Master’s degree from Fordham University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University. Prior to entering the healthcare sector, DeRosa held leadership positions as a Principal in Catholic schools and as an Administrator at Fairfield College Preparatory School.
