Kevin Mitchell

Kevin Mitchell is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across various industries. Currently serving as an Insurance Agent at HealthPlanOne since September 2025, Kevin previously held the role of DSNP Advocate at UnitedHealth Group from September 2021 to July 2024, and worked as a Senior Benefits Consultant at GoHealth for a brief period in 2021. Kevin began a career in sales as an Inside Sales Representative at Linecare from November 2019 to November 2020 and managed a food truck with Austin Independent School District from January 2018 to November 2019. Kevin's earlier culinary career included serving as a Culinary Manager and in multiple culinary capacities at Olive Garden from 2008 to 2016. Prior to that, Kevin dedicated time to family as a stay-at-home parent from February 2000 to October 2008 and worked as a Firefighter Paramedic for the Palm Beach Gardens Fire Department from 1987 to 2000. Kevin holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the Arizona Culinary Institute and a high school diploma from Palm Beach Gardens High School.
