Mark has worked in the talent acquisition space for over 11 years. He has a proven track record of leading talent acquisition teams focused on advanced analytics and rapid growth. Before joining HealthPlanOne, Mark led field talent acquisition at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where he launched an emergency relief recruitment program, improved recruiter performance, led a talent attraction transformation, assisted in the design of new recruiting data analytics, and was a key partner in Lowe’s talent acquisition optimization. Earlier, Mark was the Head of Talent Acquisition for Ashley Furniture HomeStores where he led all U.S. based talent acquisition. Mark attended Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL.
