Dan Grout

Dan Grout has over 10 years of work experience. Dan currently works as an Application Engineer at Hprobe since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Test and Installation Engineer and Test and Installation Engineer at Moorfield Nanotechnology from 2018 to 2021. Dan also worked as a Bartender at Captain Nelson Tavern from 2010 to 2018 and as a Paint Ball Marshal at Raw War Paintballing from 2009 to 2010. During their time at Captain Nelson Tavern, their duties included bar tending, waiting tables, stock taking and kitchen work. At Raw War Paintballing, their responsibilities included equipment set up and maintenance, health and safety briefings, and all aspects of running a paint ball site.

Dan Grout attended Keswick School from 2004 to 2011, where they completed A Levels and GCSEs. Dan then went on to study at the University of Leeds, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics in 2014, followed by a Master's by Research in Experimental Condensed Matter in 2016.
