Hal has over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and has a broad corporate and securities practice. Hal has worked across a broad range of industry sectors, including mining, agribusiness, and technology.
Hal Lloyd has an LLM from the University of Melbourne and a BA (Hons) LLB (Hons) from the Australian National University. Hal also has a law degree from Michaelhouse.
