HQWellness is a company that creates growth opportunities for individuals, families or teams.  Heidi Q. Shearer is the lead educator at HQWellness. Heidi is a certified John C. Maxwell Team member. 

There are 4 divisions under the HQWellness umbrella.

1. Speaking and Coaching in the area of growth; Personal growth coach and trainer.  
2. Teaching and facilitating growth opportunities under the forth coming book "The Unexpecteds & Hidden Gifts." 
3. The Family Legacy Division provides coaching and resources for families to successfully pass on their Biblical heritage. 
4. Facilitates material related to John's book 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, hosts Live2Lead events and facilitates The John Maxwell Leadership Game.
