Brian Bustos

Brian Bustos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience strategy and design. Currently serving as the Director of Experience Strategy at H&R Block since March 2017, Brian received the Best of Block Award in 2023. Prior roles at H&R Block include Director of Tax Pro Experience Design and Director of Design & Strategy, where Brian contributed significantly to client growth and digital engagement initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions as a UX Designer/Front End Developer at the American Academy of Family Physicians, Owner of Robot Balloon, Website Strategist at UMKC, and Marketing Director at Quick Artist Agency. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
