Chad Lynn

Chad Lynn is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at H&R Block since May 2021, Chad previously held multiple roles at DSI® from March 2008 to May 2021, including Enterprise Architect and Lead Software Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing design and implementation across teams. Chad's earlier career includes positions as a Sr. Software Engineer at Cerner BeyondNow, focusing on home healthcare solutions, and as a Software Engineer at Pencel, where a database and application product for palm devices was developed. Chad began in the field as a Software Tester at Cephas. Chad holds a BA in Computer Science and a BA in Elementary Education from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
