Chuck Johnson

Chuck Johnson is a seasoned IT and security professional with extensive experience in cloud security architecture and enterprise IT infrastructure. Currently serving as Principal Architect - Security at H&R Block since January 2018, Chuck is responsible for shaping the company's cloud security strategy, including reference patterns and security automation. Prior roles include Senior IT Security Engineer at Payless ShoeSource, where Chuck was instrumental in developing cloud SIEM infrastructure and managing vulnerability assessments, and General Manager at Sprint, leading significant IT budget initiatives and operational strategies. Chuck holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
