Eric Lafferty has extensive experience in leadership and operations, particularly in the tax and retail sectors. Prior roles include key leadership positions at Bath & Body Works, as a Keyholder from October 2016 to November 2019, and as a Shift Manager at Arby's for a brief period in 2015. Additionally, Eric spent nearly eleven years at Burger King as an Assistant Manager, further honing skills in management and operational efficiency.
