Kyle Donaldson

Kyle Donaldson serves as the Vice President of Technology at H&R Block, with a tenure starting in June 2008. In this role, Kyle has held various leadership positions, including CTO for U.S. Tax and digital business domains, overseeing strategic planning, technology delivery, and support for core business units. Prior experience includes roles such as IT Manager responsible for significant client growth and budget reductions, and Program Manager implementing a major telephony platform at H&R Block. Additionally, involvement in the Centurions Leadership Program occurred from March 2020 to June 2022. Earlier career experience includes IT leadership roles at GE Energy and GE Insurance Solutions. Kyle holds an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Kansas State University.
