Nancy Arnold is an accomplished sales leader with over twenty years of experience in building and managing high-performing inside sales organizations. They have held leadership positions in various companies, including serving as the Head of Sales for Small Business at H&R Block, where they are currently focused on developing a sales acquisition function. Previously, Nancy oversaw operations as President at Laser Peripherals, was a Partner and VP of Sales at Morrison Training Institute, and held several key roles in inside sales management at companies such as Scanlan International and Thomson Reuters. Nancy’s commitment to developing future leaders and their people-first approach have consistently driven team success and employee satisfaction throughout their career. They are also an avid runner, having completed six NYC marathons, and actively participate in initiatives supporting Parkinson’s research with the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
