Sandy Lichon is a former District Manager and servant leader with a strong dedication to nurturing team growth and success. Having served as a Local Sales Manager at Citadel Broadcasting from 2001 to 2004, they honed their leadership skills before taking on their current role as District General Manager at H&R Block, where they lead a team of over 400 employees across 25 offices. Sandy is also pursuing a degree in Marketing and Business at Delta College. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with family, golfing, fishing, and boating in Northern Michigan.
