Scott Buchbinder is a highly accomplished business leader with extensive experience in customer experience and product management. Scott has held various significant roles, including Director of Expat Tax Services and Director of Strategy and Business Development at H&R Block, where they accelerated growth and enhanced client services. Previously, at American Express, Scott directed multi-channel marketing efforts for small businesses and, during their tenure at Procter & Gamble, managed financial strategies for major product lines. Currently, Scott serves as the Director of .Com at H&R Block, overseeing enterprise web properties and user experience for the financial services company. Scott earned an MBA in General Management with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Virginia and a BBA with a focus on Marketing from the University of Michigan.
