Tega Odele

Tega Odele, OLY, served as a Grassroots Sports Development Coordinator at EZOM Global Services, where Tega scouted and recruited over 29 talented young track and field athletes. At the University of Johannesburg, Tega worked as a Tutor, achieving a 97% pass rate for first-year marketing students. As a Product Manager at BOUK LLC, Tega led cross-functional teams to successfully execute mobile and web applications and contributed to recruitment efforts. Currently, as a Multi-Unit Team Leader at H&R Block, Tega manages operations for three offices and significantly reduced vacancy times. Tega's experience also includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Port Harcourt, a Marketing Manager at EZOM Global Services, and an accomplished athlete representing Nigeria in multiple prestigious competitions, including the Olympics. Tega holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Benin and a Master's in Marketing Management with distinction from the University of Johannesburg.
