Tom Davis

Tom Davis is an experienced leader in client services and sales, currently serving as the Director of the Client Services Organization at H&R Block since December 2019. Prior to this role, Tom was the Senior Vice President of Sales at The Results Companies from August 2017 to February 2019, where responsibilities included defining strategies for acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts and establishing relationships with C-level executives. Tom's extensive background also includes serving as the CEO of USA 800, Inc. from February 1997 to August 2017, where Tom led an award-winning call center and emphasized employee ownership to enhance customer engagement. Earlier, Tom held the position of Executive Vice President for Call Center Operations at USA 800 in 1995, focusing on operational profitability and quality service delivery. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bucknell University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
