Lea Lucic

Lea Lucic has a varied work experience. Lea began their career in 2016 as a Maintenance and Performance Assistent at Golar LNG. In this role, they were responsible for the quality of the material/spare part database in BassNet maintenance program, monitoring and analyzing item data, and providing 2 day trainings in BassNet maintenance program in both Croatia and Indonesia. Lea also supported vessels and offices in item management issues, processed CMMS change requests, and assisted the Head of MaP Support team and BASSnet team lead in day to day activities. In 2018, they moved to GOLAR LNG MANAGEMENT LTD, where they took on the role of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for the quality of the material/spare part database in Maximo program, monitoring and analyzing item data, and providing 2 day trainings in Maximo maintenance program. Lea also was in charge of document control system and analysis and review of documentation related to spares for incoming vessel, and organized teambuildings, dinners, parties and other social gatherings. Currently, Lea Lucic is an Account Manager at HR Cloud, a position they have held since 2021.

Lea Lucic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy and Italian language and literature from the Faculty of Philosophy, Split in 2019. Prior to that, they attended the 5th general gymnasium Vladimir Nazor in Split from 2011 to 2015. Lea is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management in Culture and Creative Industries at the Academy of Arts and Culture Osijek, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
