Sophorn CHHAY

Sophorn Chhay is the CEO of HR Code and serves on the advisory boards of Platform Impact and Paragon University, as well as holding the position of Vice-Chair of the EuroCham HR Committee and being a board member of CCIFC. With over 20 years of experience across various sectors, including MNCs, SMEs, and NGOs, Sophorn has developed expertise in corporate communication, HR, new business development, and project management. They have a strong background in engaging multicultural environments and driving brand positioning as a marketing and communication freelancer. Sophorn holds an MBA in Marketing from James Cook University and a Master's in International Marketing Strategies from ESP. Currently, they are focused on taking on new challenges to make a difference in the business landscape.
