Matt Jemilo

Matt Jemilo is a passionate HR professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Placement at HR Collaborative, where they lead a team dedicated to enhancing client satisfaction and addressing HR needs. Previously, Matt worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiting Coordinator at Service Professor, Inc. and held the role of Resident Director at Loyola University Chicago. With a background in higher education, they spent six years in roles including Admissions Counselor and Living Center Director at Spring Arbor University and Grand Valley State University. Outside of their professional pursuits, Matt is an engaged member of the Grand Rapids Media Initiative & Film Incubator, producing and editing the award-winning show "Y? Why Not?".
