Nicole Rollenhagen, MSM, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at HR Collaborative since March 2023, where Nicole provides strategic HR leadership and fosters an inclusive workplace culture. Previously, Nicole held the position of HR Director at St. Ann's from May 2017 to March 2023, focusing on talent management and employee relations. Earlier experience includes roles as an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trivalent Group, Inc. and as a Career Developer at Ottawa County Michigan Works!, emphasizing career counseling and employment options for diverse populations. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Management from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University.
