Pamela Olson, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional who currently works as an HR Manager and Human Resources Consultant at HR Collaborative. Previously, Pamela held the title of VP of Human Resources at Crystal Flash for over two decades, overseeing all HR functions and leading the transition to a 100% Employee Owned organization through the creation of an ESOP. Pamela holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Ferris State University.
