Dawn Standerwick

Dawn Standerwick is a seasoned professional in the human resources and background screening industry, currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive at HireRight since January 2025. Standerwick has held multiple advisory roles, including Advisory Board Member for HR.com and HR Tech Advisor, where contributions focus on driving industry direction and advancing best practices. Previously, Standerwick was the Vice President of Global Sales and Vice President of Sales Marketing at ClearStar, Inc. and Employment Screening Resources (ESR) respectively. Standerwick's extensive experience also includes significant leadership positions at the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), where a long tenure involved various roles, including Chairperson of the Board. Education was completed at the University of Colorado Boulder.
