Jeff Hunt

Jeff Hunt serves as the President and CEO of GoalSpan, a position held since January 2007, where oversight of daily operations for the company's Software as a Service (SaaS) and performance management consultancy occurs. In addition, Jeff hosts the Human Capital Podcast, facilitating discussions on leadership and workplace culture, and chairs the CEO Forum, a network for non-competing CEOs focused on mutual business enrichment. Jeff also holds advisory roles on the boards of Choices Case Management and HR.com’s Research Institute, contributing strategic guidance and advancing industry practices. Previous experience includes ownership of SP Consulting, Division President at Hunt Automotive/Johnson Industries, and board memberships at various organizations. Jeff earned a BS in Business Management from Oregon State University.
