Steven Yee

Steven Yee, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, education, and community service. As the Founder and Principal of GravitateTraining since 2012, Steven has been dedicated to enhancing HR professional development. Concurrently, Steven serves as a Faculty Senator and Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Silicon Valley, focusing on diverse faculty representation and collaboration. In public service, Steven is a Commissioner on the Equity and Public Safety Commission for the City of South San Francisco and a Member-at-Large on the General Plan Community Advisory Committee. Steven has also held significant roles at HR.com, ElementSix, and previously with organizations such as Next Concept HR Association and Kaiser Permanente, where leadership and strategic operational development have been key focuses. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and a Bachelor's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
