Some businesses might simply have a desire to tick off the HR basics quickly before they scale their team. Others might be concerned about recent leavers and need a plan of action or maybe a scale up finds the orders are flying in (yey) but they just don't have the skilled resource in place to deliver (less yey) and needs to scale recruitment quickly.

Assignments vary from a one off half day piece of work, to half a day a month or 1 day (or more) a week, it really depends upon what is required to do and how quickly they need to do it.
