Simon Abbott

Simon Abbott is a senior HR leader with extensive international experience in managing organizational change, including start-ups and business growth, as well as contractions and shut-downs. They have held significant roles, including Manager of Human Resources at GE Capital, Vice President of Human Resources at Citi, and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Oakville Enterprises, where they shaped HR strategies aligned with corporate goals. Currently, Simon is an Executive Consultant in HR Consulting while pursuing an Hons. BSc. in Biology/Psychology at McMaster University and an MBA in Finance and HR from the University of Windsor.
