Tina Taylor

Taylor serves as Founder/CEO of HR Elements LLC, providing HR management, HR strategy, and talent acquisition services. Prior to this, they held roles including VP, Human Resources Business Partner at Fifth Third Bank (1998–2006), Human Resources Director at Deloitte (1997–1998), and Human Resources Manager at Huffy Corporation (1991–1997). They earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Wright State University (1986–1991) and an MBA in International Management from the University of Dayton (1998–1999).
