Ryan Tyrrell

Ryan Tyrrell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ryan began their career in 2012 as a Marketing Intern for the City of Ames, where they promoted water conservation and handled design and advertising tasks. In 2013, they joined Macerich as a Marketing Manager for Southridge Mall, overseeing marketing, advertising, business development, public relations, and digital efforts. Additionally, they managed the mall's marketing finances and executed social media and email-based marketing campaigns.

In 2014, Ryan worked as an Assistant Marketing Director for Merle Hay Mall, where they managed digital assets, planned events, and contributed to policy development. In 2016, they briefly served as a Store Manager for The Outside Scoop, responsible for managing employees, day-to-day operations, and developing marketing strategies.

From 2016 to 2018, Ryan joined Timberland Partners as a Leasing Consultant and later became a Community Manager, gaining experience in property management and leasing. Finally, in 2019, they joined HR Green, Inc. as a Field Technician and later transitioned to the role of Design Technician I.

Ryan Tyrrell attended Des Moines Area Community College from 2019 to 2021, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business, although it is not specified whether they completed a degree or field of study during this time.
