Jennifer Keeping has extensive experience in billing, reconciliation, and accounting roles, currently serving as the Manager of Billing and Reconciliation at HR Knowledge since January 2015. Jennifer also held previous positions at HR Knowledge, including Assistant Accounting Manager and Accounting and Benefit Billing Coordinator. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Shaw's Supermarkets as a Customer Service Representative from July 2002 to January 2016 and served as an Insurance and Billing Coordinator at Mass Audiology from July 2010 to January 2015. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Stonehill College between 2004 and 2009.
