Nathan Brauer is an experienced implementation specialist in benefits technology, currently working at HR Knowledge since April 2022. Previously, Nathan had a long tenure at Unum from July 2000 to April 2021, where roles included HR Connect On-Boarding Manager, VB Implementation Consultant, and Implementation Specialist, focusing on successfully implementing new business and coverage lines. Nathan also served as a Client Specialist, addressing complex service-related issues, and as a Lead Benefits Specialist, overseeing complex disability claims and client communications. Prior to Nathan's career in human resources, a role as Captain Officer at Walker County Emergency Services involved managing the fire department's operations and strategic responses to emergencies. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Covenant College, earned between 1996 and 2000.
