Alexandre Oberson

Alexandre Oberson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors and human resources digital transformation, serving as the SuccessFactors Practice Lead for Canada and Solution Architect at HR Path since June 2014. With a background as a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant and Instructor, Alexandre has delivered impactful training, managed business processes, and spearheaded multiple successful configurations and deployments of SuccessFactors products, including Employee Central and Recruiting Management. Previous experience includes coordinating marketing strategies and administrative functions while managing partnerships at HR Path, as well as a marketing internship focused on electric vehicle charging stations and website development at Véolia Habitat Services. Alexandre holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and studied at Lund University, complementing a strong foundation in international business, management, and marketing.
