Bruce Peck

Bruce Peck is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise-level sales and workforce management solutions. Currently serving as Senior Sales Director at HR Path since August 2025, Bruce leads sales efforts with a focus on the UKG practice for implementation services. Previous roles include Principal Strategist at Legion Technologies, where Bruce developed AI-native Workforce Management solutions, and Vice President of Enterprise Sales at UKG, where a remarkable track record included 17 President’s Club appearances over two decades. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Tidal Software, Niku, CMS Data, PeopleSoft, Dun & Bradstreet, and Ceridian. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre Law from American University and has also studied at the University of Copenhagen.
