Eric Boileau

Eric Boileau is an experienced professional in Human Resources and HR Information Systems, currently serving as Associate Partner in the HCM Practice at HR Path since January 2022, focusing on Cornerstone and Talentsoft platforms. Prior roles include Manager of HR Transformation at Sopra HR Software, where project management focused on data migration during the merger of PSA and Opel Vauxhall; HRIS Product Manager at NOVRH, concentrating on product design and market strategies; and HRIS/HR Consultant at ALTHEA, where Eric developed project methodologies and facilitated Agile implementation. Earlier experiences include HRIS Project Manager at SoLocal Group, HR Assistant roles at SRC - Groupe Vinci and Groupe HC, and payroll management at Audit et Conseil des Entreprises.
