Josephine Lim

Josephine Lim serves as the Regional Director of Sales for Asia at DDG - Daya Dimensi Global since August 2016, focusing on the establishment of DDG's sales presence in Singapore and the region, particularly in SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions. Previously, Josephine held the position of Regional Director of Payroll Sales at Ascender HCM, following a progression from an Asia solution sales executive at Talent2 International, where leadership roles included Head of Global Enterprise Solution Sales and Business Development Manager for HRO - Asia. Josephine's extensive experience in business development and sales spans over two decades, with notable achievements in revenue generation and sales enablement across the Asia Pacific region. Josephine began a career in business development at Hewitt Associates, contributing significantly to sales growth and client solutions. Josephine obtained a degree in Applied Science from Simon Fraser University between 1987 and 1989.
