Luisa Dittrich is a seasoned professional in HR strategy, digitalization, change management, and organizational development, currently serving as Partner HR Strategy & Digitalization for the D-A-CH region at HR Path since February 2024. Previously, Luisa held significant leadership roles at Bauer Media Group, where responsibilities included managing group-wide strategic transformation initiatives and leadership development, as well as overseeing people and culture topics across various functions. Experience also encompasses serving as Head of People & Organizational Development at Neue Zürcher Zeitung and leading HR functions at Nobel Biocare, with a focus on global HR frameworks and talent management. Luisa began a career at Accenture, providing consulting on HR processes and organizational transformation. Education includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Basel and an exchange program at Copenhagen Business School.
