With over 25 years of industry experience, Mark has held key positions in various organizations, including Workday Practice Director for both UK & International and UK & BENELUX at OneSource Virtual, where Mark ensured customer success and service issue resolution. Previous roles include application management, workday consulting, and program management across notable companies such as Prudential Financial, 3Com, and Brother Industries. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University and a Diploma in Applied Project Management from the Institute Project Manager Ireland.
