Melanie Bowhill

Melanie Bowhill (FCIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Associate Partner at HR Path since August 2024. Prior to this role, Melanie held the position of HR Director at 1508 London from May 2023 to August 2024 and was the Head of People & Culture at Mirriad from June 2018 until May 2023, while employed by PlusHR. Earlier experience includes roles as People Consultant and HR Advisor at HR Path UK from August 2011 to May 2023, along with serving as HR Manager at Winch Design on behalf of PlusHR from April 2015 to December 2018. Melanie's career began at Siemens, where roles ranged from Personnel Assistant to HR Advisor from January 2006 to August 2011, and included an initial position as a Trainer at IBM in 2003. Melanie holds a BA Honours degree in Languages for Business from Oxford Brookes University and an MSc in Chartered Institute of Personnel Development from Salford University.
