Philippe has a strong background in managing global HR solutions deployments, overseeing teams across multiple countries and ensuring project delivery within budget and timeline constraints. Philippe's expertise includes creating project plans, risk management, and maintaining customer satisfaction, while also contributing to knowledge management through lessons learned. Philippe began a career in project support at Developpement Economique Neuchâtel and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance from Haute Ecole de Gestion Arc.
