Currently serving as a Partner at HR Path since October 2017, Thomas aids clients in achieving successful HR transformations and delivering Workday project support. Prior to this, Thomas spent over 12 years at Sanofi, where roles included Head of the Workday Expertise Center and Workday Program Manager, overseeing significant Workday deployments and reporting initiatives. Thomas began the career as an SAP HR Consultant at ARINSO International and held sales roles earlier at Petit Faune and McCain Foods Limited. Thomas holds a Master's Degree in Economics from EDHEC Business School obtained between 1992 and 1996.
