Toni Kennington

Toni Kennington has extensive experience in HR processes and technology, with a career spanning roles at prominent organizations. At Waikato District Health Board, Toni served as a Business Analyst focused on non-clinical applications. Following this, a significant tenure at Fonterra included positions such as Global Process Lead for Hire to Retire, Automation Lead for Requisition to Pay, and Employee Services Manager, demonstrating expertise in HR system design and process improvement. Toni also acted as MY Fonterra Product Owner, leading a team in managing cloud-based solutions. More recently, Toni worked as a Managing Consultant at HR Crowd and is currently a Practice Partner & HCM Advisor at HR Path, providing support for HCM transformations across New Zealand and Australia, while previously serving as HXM Practice Partner at DXC Practice for SAP, enhancing workforce experiences through strategic leadership and consultancy.
