Varan THILAINATHAN is an experienced human resources professional with a strong foundation in HR administration and consulting. Varan's career began with an apprenticeship at the Ministère des Armées, followed by a role as HR Assistant at Thales Digital Identity and Security. Varan then moved on to a position as Junior HR at Alira Health before becoming a Human Resources Consultant at HR Path. Varan holds a Licence in Administration Économique et Sociale and a Master's degree in Gestion des Ressources Humaines, both from Université Paris-Saclay.
