Annelle Paschal possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving in the HR Source organization since April 2013, providing expertise to member organizations within the Engage HR Team. Prior to this role, Annelle worked at Ball Corporation from March 2006 to February 2011, where responsibilities included managing Employment Practices, Compliance, Diversity, and overall Human Resources management as both a Manager and Human Resources Manager. Annelle's career began at the U.S. Can Company, holding the position of Director of Human Resources from November 1983 to March 2006. Annelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. Xavier University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
