Kantha Naicker

Kantha Naicker is a seasoned director, mentor, and advisor with extensive expertise in accounting, strategic foresight, risk management, and governance. Currently serving as the CEO of both the Africa Future Foresight Institute and Biz Booster, Kantha also holds various board positions, including Board Trustee at the United World College and Non-Executive Director at Siwela Sonke Dance Theatre. With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Kantha leverages a wealth of experience across diverse sectors to facilitate transformative change for businesses and communities. Kantha earned a B Compt Hons in Accounting from the University of South Africa and has held significant roles within numerous professional organizations, notably as Chairperson at the South African Institute of Professional Accountants.
