Melanie Scheepers, CHRL, currently serves as the SVP of People and Culture at Coconut Software since August 2022, and holds the role of Transform HR Global Ambassador for the Toronto Chapter starting January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and AVP of Human Resources at GEOTAB, where Melanie led a global HR team and played a crucial role in organizational growth and transformational change during key acquisitions. As the Founder of HR Insight Consulting and in various leadership positions at Sykes Enterprises, Melanie has developed and executed HR strategies, managed large teams, and established human resources functions that supported significant employee growth. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto Mississauga and a Human Resources Certificate from Mohawk College.
