Tiffany Dougherty is the Founder and Fractional Head of Talent Strategy at Ardent Services Inc., where expertise lies in developing high-growth Talent Acquisition and HR models tailored for fast-scaling businesses. Currently, as a Transform Ambassador, Tiffany focuses on connecting purpose-driven leaders and fostering future work initiatives. Previously, Tiffany held the interim position of VP of Talent at ParetoHealth, leading the establishment of a robust talent acquisition function. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Totango and being a Leadership Advisory Board Member for Roll Call Chicagoland, enhancing employment opportunities for veterans. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Development from Colorado Technical University, as well as a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University.
