Wael Khoury is the Founder and Managing Director of Lopez Khoury & Associates, where they focus on transforming HR into a strategic partner for organizations. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Wael previously served as Group General Manager for Human Resources at Al Mana and held senior roles at Deloitte and Ernst & Young. In addition to their consultancy work, Wael is the Lead Ambassador for Transform Qatar and has founded the GCC HR & Leadership Center, an influential network for HR professionals in the Gulf region. Currently, Wael is also an interim Human Capital Advisor at Nayef Francis Design Studio, driving growth and operational excellence.
