The Operations Team at Transform ensures the seamless execution of company initiatives by overseeing event logistics, project management, and operational efficiency. Led by the Director Of Operations, the team consists of an Event Operations Manager who orchestrates events, and an Operations Project Manager who coordinates projects to support strategy and innovation within the ecosystem.
