Alia Elsayed is a Technical Recruiter and HR Specialist with a background in psychology and client experience. With over two years of experience in client-facing and leadership roles at CIBC, they are currently gaining hands-on HR experience as a People & Culture Intern at Right To Play. Alia has contributed to full-cycle recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding coordination, and HRIS administration, emphasizing the importance of building inclusive, people-centered workplaces. They are completing a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management at George Brown College, following a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from McMaster University, where they graduated summa cum laude.
